About the Role:
Shaadi.com is seeking a Legal Intern to support its legal department in managing various legal operations. This internship offers an opportunity to work with a well-known online matchmaking platform and gain experience in key legal functions, including compliance, contract drafting, and data privacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research related to corporate law, data privacy, and intellectual property.
- Provide support in compliance activities and ensure adherence to legal guidelines.
- Work on assignments related to consumer protection, trademark issues, and data security.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or pursuing law from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, trademark law, and the Consumer Protection Act.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and research skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Duration:
