Malabar Gold & Diamonds are looking for dynamic individuals to join us as Legal Interns for a 6-month internship. Please note, they are looking for immediate joiners.
Role Objective:
Responsible for supporting the legal team of Malabar Group in various areas of law, including research, compliance, documentation, and general assistance.
Functional responsibilities
- Conduct research on relevant case laws and provide summaries and analysis to the legal team.
- Assist in the research and analysis of intellectual property laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with legal requirements across different regions.
- Collect quarterly certificates from all regions and maintain proper documentation.
- Review and analyse approvals and licenses and inform the Showroom accounts about upcoming renewals.
- Participate in the standardization process of the Letter of Intent (LOI).
- Assist in the standardization of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
- Contribute to the development and standardization of Accommodation Agreements to ensure clarity and adherence to legal requirements.
- Standardization of Leave and License Agreements.
- Responsible for supporting the legal team in standardizing the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Agreement
- Provide support to the legal team as per their requirements and assist with various tasks.
