Job Description:
Job Role for Legal / CS Trainee:
1. Assist with drafting legal documents, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
2. Filing of form with MCA and other Company Law Compliance
3. Incorporation and closure of companies / LLPs
4. MSME compliance, RBI compliance
Qualifications:
Strong academic record with coursework relevant to the legal / CS field.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Stipend:
Rs. 6,000/- to Rs. 8,000/- per month
Education:
Pursuing LLB / CS
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 – 21 months
