Responsibilities
- Legal vetting and drafting of various business agreements including Sale and Purchase, Trade Contracts, Labour Contracts, NDAs, MSAs, etc
- Execution of Agreements
- Legal research on regulatory issues
- Litigation support
- Compliance works which involves applying of S&E, FSSAI and Trade License. Maintaining
proper record of all licenses and tracking timely actions. - Internal stakeholder management and book keeping.
