Description
Description of Work Assignments:
1. Research assignments for various topics in pharmaceutical law, and business
2. Drafting & reviewing agreements with respect to the pharmaceuticals industry such as CDAs, SOWs, Amendment Agreements, Quality Agreements, HCP/HCO Agreements, MSAs, Engagement Letters, Supply / Purchase agreements etc.
3. Interaction with business stakeholders to understand the legal request and to meet the business requirement
4. Preparation of PPTs on topics during learning session, internship presentations
5. Any other assignment as given by the manager
