As a Law/Legal intern at ConversAIlabs, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of legal experts in the field of artificial intelligence and data privacy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong English proficiency in written communication to gain valuable experience in the legal industry.
1. Conduct legal research and draft memos on various topics related to AI technology and data privacy. [ Learn Data Protection & Privacy Laws]
2. Assist in reviewing and analyzing contracts, licensing agreements, and other legal documents. [Learn Drafting, Reviewing & Management of Contracts]
3. Support the legal team in preparing for meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
4. Help with compliance efforts and regulatory filings in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal requirements are met in product development and implementation.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in the legal field, particularly in AI and data privacy.
7. Take on ad hoc projects and tasks as needed to support the legal team in achieving company goals.
