Job Description:
Designation: Legal Executive
Experience : up to 5 yrs
Education: L.L.B
Skill: IPR, Trademark
- Advising management to ensure the company complies with all trademark, labour laws, and other legal aspects of corporate governance
- Keeping up to date all records as per trademark registrar, conducting trademark search reports, assist and review on artistic works
- Trademark registration and prosecution within Indian territory as well as following up on overseas trademarks in
- Kuwait, USA, UK, Various Countries in the Asian Subcontinent
- Trademark journal reporting, drafting legal notices to infringers, and conducting raiding reports
- Trademark Re-examination report, drafting of oppositions, attending SCH before registrar, rectification procedures, evidences, plaints and pleadings, and interim orders
- Filing requisite forms with RoF both statutory and event based
- Labour Laws – Retrenchment process, drafting of internal memos and replies to legal notices, attending union meetings
Other legal aspects
- Advising management on matters of FSSAI and FDA compliance
- Drafting on various agreements, contracts, legal notices and other internal notices
- Leave and Licence agreements, Deed of Cancellation, indemnity bonds, rental agreements
- Agreement between Company and the distributors, retailers, consignee sales agent and channel partner agreement and other vendors agreements
- Non-disclosure agreements and Memorandum of Understanding
- Notices to defaulting vendors/suppliers
