About the Role
The company is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its global legal team in handling commercial contracts, compliance, and corporate legal matters. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
- Ensure corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Provide legal support to internal teams including procurement, operations, and R&D
- Handle claims, disputes, and risk mitigation
- Advise on data protection, marketing compliance, and regulatory matters
- Support compliance investigations and policy implementation
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities
- Provide legal input for business strategies and projects
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. or equivalent qualification
- 6–8 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong experience in contract drafting and commercial law
- Knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and data protection
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in manufacturing or chemical sector preferred
