Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review user agreements, seller agreements, and fraud prevention policies.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance of platform operations.
- Provide consultation on intellectual property, trademarks, and licensing matters.
Requirements:
- LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in corporate/commercial law preferred.
- Ability to provide on-demand legal support in a fast-paced environment.
