Roles & Responsibilities:

● An advocate with 1-3 years of experience in the field of Corporate Laws, Civil Law. ● The candidate shall directly report to the Senior Legal Advisor

● Experience in Drafting Agreements

● In-depth knowledge of contract law

● Highly skilled in communicating (orally and in writing) and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

● Experience in computer and office automation tools, internet, etc

● Excellent Communication Skills – English

Educational Requirements:

● LLB/LLM from a recognized University in India.

Job Profile:

● Draft/Vet contracts/agreements/MoUs/ tender documents.

● Commercial and Contract Management

● To conduct legal research by utilizing various resources and selecting the relevant material to analyze the legal information.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
