Avvocats & Partners LLP is expanding its US Trademark Practice and is looking to grow the team at its Mohali, Punjab office. Applications are invited for the following positions:
Open Positions:
1. Trademark Attorney (Experienced)
- Remote for the first 3 months, then office-based in Mohali, Punjab
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in handling trademark filings
- Prior experience with US Trademark applications preferred
- Strong understanding of trademark processes and client handling
2. Trainee Associates (Freshers)
- Law graduates interested in US Trademark Practice
- No prior experience required — full training will be provided
- Remote for the first 3 months, then office-based in Mohali
- Excellent opportunity to build a career in cross-border IP law
3. Legal Interns (2 positions)
- Law students or recent graduates
- Minimum internship duration: 3 months
- Interest in Intellectual Property and US Trademark Practice preferred
- Stipend: Lump sum paid after successful completion of internship
- Initial remote, later based in Mohali, Punjab
