AV Legal Associates, Pune, invites applications from experienced legal professionals for the position of *Associate Advocate. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of *five years of experience in the legal field and strong command over commercial and real estate documentation.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Comprehensive drafting and vetting of commercial contracts, collaboration agreements, memorandums of understanding, and related documents.
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing real estate contracts, title search reports, and allied documents.
- Providing systematic guidance, supervision, and support to Associates and Junior Associates.
- Delivering clear, well-reasoned, and comprehensive legal opinions across assigned matters.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess the following:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law.
- Valid license to practice law in India.
- Strong understanding of legal principles applicable to commercial and real estate matters.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Compensation
- Annual CTC: Rs. 500,000 to Rs. 650,000, inclusive of a variable component of 20 percent.
