About the Internship Opening at Naik and Associates
They are seeking a motivated law student to join our firm as a Legal Intern for an unpaid internship opportunity. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive legal research on various matters including civil, criminal, and corporate law
Draft legal documents, notices, petitions, and correspondence
Assist senior advocates in case preparation and court filings
Maintain case files and legal databases
Attend court proceedings and client meetings
Prepare case summaries and legal memoranda
Review and analyze relevant statutes, case laws, and legal precedents
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LLB degree from a recognized university
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in legal drafting
Knowledge of Indian legal procedures and court systems
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office
