A Pune-based organization is looking for a motivated In-House Lawyer with 2–3 years of experience to handle corporate and criminal matters end-to-end. This is a great opportunity for legal professionals who want hands-on exposure and ownership of cases while working closely with management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end case management, from legal research to execution
- Conduct in-depth research on corporate disputes, employee misconduct, breach of trust, and criminal matters
- Identify and apply relevant legal provisions to build strong case strategies
- Draft legal documents and maintain proper case records
- Provide strategic legal advice to management
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies, courts, and external counsels
- Stay updated with evolving legal frameworks
Eligibility Criteria:
- LL.B. from a recognized university
- 2–3 years of experience in criminal and/or corporate litigation or advisory
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
- Knowledge of IPC provisions and corporate laws preferred
