GD Bansal & Associates, a distinguished Intellectual Property (IP) law firm led by Adv. G.D. Bansal, is inviting applications from competent and dedicated legal professionals. The firm specializes in prosecution and litigation of Trademarks, Copyrights, and Designs across India.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Associate (Prosecution) – 2 Positions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive trademark searches and draft responses to Examination Reports issued by the Registry.
  • Represent clients in Show Cause Hearings before the Trademark Office.
  • Draft legal documents such as notices, oppositions, rectifications, counter-statements, and evidence submissions.
  • Assist senior counsel in all prosecution-related matters.

2. Associate (Litigation) – 2 Positions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and file writ petitions, replies, written submissions, and other pleadings.
  • Conduct legal research on IP laws and related statutes.
  • Handle e-filing procedures before various courts and tribunals.
  • Provide litigation support and assist in legal matters assigned by senior counsel.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong understanding of Intellectual Property and procedural laws.
  • LL.B. from a BCI-recognized university.
  • Minimum 1 year of PQE in IPR practice (prior IP experience preferred).
  • Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented.
