IP/ Trademark Lawyer: urgent hiringYou will be a part of a team that has been delivering results to clients for all Intellectual Property Matters for over three decades. This is a Law Practice dedicated to serving clients across Industries and Geographies, your role will be as follows :Conduct trade mark clearance searches, analyze search results to determine the availability of proposed trade marks and prepare advice to clients.Prepare documents for the filling and prosecution of trade mark fillings, supporting documentation and preparing scoping process and cost quotes.Collate evidence for support of use of marks.Trademark prosecution, opposition and cancellation matters.Conduct trademark journal watch services to identify third-party conflicts.Supporting team with infringement and opposition matters.Drafting IP-related agreements.Eligibility CriteriaBachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with preferably a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property2 years of experience in managing a portfolioExcellent communicationClient relationship skills.Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of trade mark and copyright laws.Strong English language drafting and legal advisory skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills .Experience with conducting trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings and drafting IP-related agreements.
