Job Description:

· Co-ordination with external legal counsels appointed by the company for handling various corporate law matters . Draft and review legal implications of internal policies and procedures and advise.

· Preparation for the title due diligence with respect to the Property.

· Vetting various kinds of agreements, deeds, etc.

· Involved in addressing customer queries.

· RERA ACT and Rules and compliance of projects with regard to Karnataka in particular.

· Experience in RERA documentation is a plus,

· English and Kannada language proficiency
