Job Description:
Corporate and Commercial Litigation: Main areas of practice will be in NCLT, Commercial Courts Act and Arbitration.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years practicing lawyer before NCLT
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Should be able to research and draft notices, petitions independently.
- Coordinate with clients and juniors for filing and ensure litigation management.
- Representation before Commercial Courts, NCLT and Arbitration Tribunals.
- ·Assist the senior during evidence and arguements stage.
CTC: 4.5 to 7 lakhs based on the candidate. Post completion of 1 year, a performance-based incentive model will be initiated. Probation period is 3 months.
