Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial and business agreements
- Assist in contract management and compliance matters
- Support internal teams on legal documentation and regulatory requirements
- Conduct legal research and risk analysis
- Coordinate with external lawyers and internal stakeholders on legal matters
Eligibility
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university
- 1–4 years of experience in legal or corporate legal roles
- Strong contract drafting and legal research skills
- Good communication and analytical abilities
