Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents, notices, agreements, and opinions
- Assist in intellectual property matters such as trademarks, copyrights, and related filings
- Handle client communication and provide legal advisory support
- Support litigation and compliance-related work where required
- Assist senior associates and partners with case preparation and documentation
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university
- 2–5 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Prior exposure to intellectual property or corporate legal work will be preferred
- Good communication and client-handling skills
