- Trademark filing and prosecution
- Patent-related advisory and documentation
- Legal drafting and research
- Appearances and assistance in hearings
- Client advisory and IP strategy support
This role offers hands-on exposure to Intellectual Property Law, including trademarks, patents, and advisory work for clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. graduate
- Strong interest in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
- Good legal research and drafting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage client matters
