Job Description:
We are hiring a Contract Administrator to manage and oversee the complete contract lifecycle for large-scale commercial and operational projects. The role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and administering contracts while ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of contract law, commercial agreements, procurement contracts, and contract compliance, along with experience working closely with legal, finance, procurement, and p
roject teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer commercial contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and purchase agreements
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including execution, amendments, renewals, and closure
- Conduct contract risk assessment and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws
- Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and project teams for approvals and implementation
- Track contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics
- Handle contract variations, change orders, claims, and dispute resolution
- Support financial aspects such as invoice verification, payment certification, and cost tracking
- Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and reporting systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial contracting
- Experience in contract administration or contract management roles
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and documentation skills
- Ability to identify legal and commercial risks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with contract management tools such as SAP or Oracle is preferred
