Our client, a premium boutique law firm, is expanding its Corporate Transactions Team and looking for professionals experienced in Private Equity and Venture Capital deals.
Open Positions:
- Associate (PQE 2–4 years): ₹10–12 LPA + Variable
- Senior Associate (PQE 4–7 years): Up to ₹18 LPA + Variable
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in PE/VC transactions (from structuring to closing)
- Proven skills in drafting and negotiating transaction documents (SHA/SSA, SPA, etc.)
- Strong understanding of general corporate laws
